After sales engineer
Position: After sales engineer
Report to: After sales manager
Provide services at the customer's site, including all service activities from machine installation, commissioning, validation, planned maintenance, functional/system upgrades, troubleshooting to training etc.
Representing the company, providing support to customers and playing an important role in developing our service reputation and business.
Complete on-site equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance, equipment upgrades, and customer training.
Provide remote technical support and training to customers.
Diagnose the problem over the phone and contact headquarters to determine a solution.
Provide preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair services for equipment.
Track and maintain local spare parts inventory.
Ensure correct completion and timely submission of all documents related to on-site service activities.
Establish good customer trust and relationships, ensure after-sales service satisfaction, and identify business opportunities.
Other tasks assigned by the company.
College degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Familiar with the mechanical equipment industry, with at least three years of on-site service experience in mechanical equipment and customized equipment.
Familiar with mechanical principles, familiar with PLC.
High sense of responsibility, service-oriented, friendly and professional, service oriented.
Pay attention to details, strong hands-on skills, independent thinking, and the ability to execute tasks.
Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Adapt to business travel.
