The box packing machine is used for the packaging of products for sale. It puts the finished products of the sales package into the box in a certain arrangement and quantity, and closes or seals the open part of the box. The box filling machine and the packing machine have the functions of container forming (or opening the container), measuring, loading, sealing and so on. Figure 2 shows the flow chart of hose filling, packing, packing and packaging line. The filling machine positions the hose container, measures and fills it, seals the end of the container, and then sends it to the box filling machine. The box filling machine first forms the box billet, wraps the hose with lining paper, and pushes it into the box to close the mouth of the box. The small boxes are sent to the big box machine through the conveyor for stacking. After a predetermined number is stacked, the large box billets form a container by wrapping it, while the smaller boxes are packed into it and sealed with glue. The large boxes are transferred to the packing machine for stacking and loaded into the open boxes after reaching the predetermined number. After packing, the lid shall be sealed with glue by the sealing and pasting machine, and the lid tongue shall be pasted with tape or the binding machine shall be used to bind the box firmly.
