Fault: Embossing station overload safety disengaged Cause: Clutch disengaged. Remedy: Eliminate source of malfunction. Turn embossing rollers until the clutch engages. Press the reset button. Fault: Leaflet folder overload safety disengaged. Cause: Clutch disengaged. Remedy: Eliminate source of malfunction. Turn hand wheel of leaflet folder against travel direction until the clutch engages. Press the reset button.
eB350 Blister Machine
Fault: No web is threaded . Remedy:1、Touch the Home button.2、Touch the Basic machine symbol.3、Press Start button of reference run. The ET roller index carries out a reference run. Fault: Cleaning sealing roller. Remedy: Loosen star knob screws. Remove protective device to the operator’s side. Clean sealing roller using a cleaning agent conforming to the SOP of the customer.
